Year 6 in Boulogne-sur-Mer
Last Friday Year 6 spent a busy day in sunny Boulogne-sur-Mer! After crossing the channel via the Eurotunnel we arrived just in time for lunch. In the afternoon boys tried out their French in the souvenir shop, did a historical tour of the town led by Miss Jefferies and then had some free time. We were impressed to see boys ordering cheese and ice creams in French! We finished off the day with a meal in a French restaurant and the boys were given the opportunity to try snails. Overall, it was a really fun day and we look forward to going back next year!
